Two decks wraps around the front of White Point Manor and includes two large decks. The lower deck sets on the sunny side of the building and forms a patio overlooking the lower field and orchard. A picnic table on the deck makes a great place for breakfast or an evening gathering for dinner. The verandah provides a shady area to catch ocean breezes and read a book.
The upper deck is a great place to have coffee in the morning or to catch the afternoon rays. Not only can you hear the ocean roar but the waves and Port Mouton Island can be viewed from the front of the upper deck while the club house of the golf course can be seen from the other side.
The two main bedrooms are located in the two dormers and an ocean view is available from these rooms. All three bedrooms have closets, beds, night stands, lamps and dressers.
The upstairs has been remodeled, insulated and carpeted to add to the comfort and warmth in the winter and a cool night's sleep. Two extraordinary features on the landing are the two antique bedding drawers that have been left to their original finishing. The same goes for the stair-rails and posts.
In the main kitchen, there is an oak table with four matching chairs. The cabinets are pine veneer and the mantle and door frames have been stripped and repainted. Antique bottles, cans and other curios adorned the top of the mantle.
Guests are allowed to use the fire pit up on the top field. There is firewood and picnic table to have hot dogs or marshmallows over a roaring fire.
For those guests with small children there is a high chair and playpen/crib available.
